Metcon Engineers was eastablished as a trade-house in the year 1982. It started from marketing of treadle machines and went on to small offsets, bigger offsets & post printing equipment like Paper Laminating Machines, Hot Foil Stamping Machines and Hydraulic Book Press. In the year 1986, a manufacturing unit was set up foreseeing the future requirements in the field of post printing equipments of the industry and initiated the idea of lamination by manufacturing the first laminating equipment. It also brought the concept of Hydraulic Book Press for book binders and replaced the traditional manual processes to a great extent.
